We have hosted guests in our family house since 2015. The four apartments carry family names: Tomo, Nela, Ane and Mare.

Each sleeps four plus a cot or extra bed, with two separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and its own outdoor space. Kids sleep in their own room. You get the living room back in the evening.

About 300 m² of grass under cherry and olive trees, shared by the four apartments. There is a stone barbecue you are welcome to use, wooden benches, and a swing the children usually claim first.
Kids run around while dinner cooks. Guests from different apartments end up at one table more often than you would guess.
Bile beach is 350 m from our gate, on flat ground. Pebbles, clear water and a gentle slope in: small kids can splash near the shore while you sit ten steps away with a coffee from the beach café.
There is a shower on the beach, and more pebble coves along the seafront promenade when you want a change of scenery. Our tip: swim once before breakfast, while the bay is still calm.
Kaštel Štafilić is a small town on the coast between Trogir and Split. You stay out of the crowds and reach both centres in minutes.
The airport is close, so you will hear aircraft a few times a day. We think it is a fair price for a five minute, ten euro arrival, and for our free pickup.
The lanes down to the beach are narrow. We show you the best route on your first day.

Yes. Every apartment has two separate bedrooms, the cot and highchair are free if you ask ahead, and the walk to the beach is flat enough for a pram. The garden has a swing and space to run.
No. We are sorry, but we cannot take pets.
Not indoors. On your terrace or in the garden, yes.
A few times a day, yes. In return you land 1.5 km from your bed, the taxi costs €10, and our pickup is free. Most guests stop noticing on day two.
Not necessarily. Shop 50 m, restaurant 100 m, beach 350 m, bus to Trogir and Split 300 m from the house. A car helps for Krka and the beaches further out. One parking space per apartment is free in the yard.
